Remeber these! All that shimmers Benefit Swatches&review

Hey everyone,
                     All that shimmers! Gosh I found these in my room while I was spring cleaning. They were unopened how could I not open it! You can still get these luster dusters at boots at the Benefit counter. I got these for Christmas from my friend the set was £27.00! So can see my friend is very generous gift and I was mad at her for spending so much.

The packaging is really cute and I guess expensive looking! This is another Benefit product that I am in love with the packaging and if it ran out I would probably keep the box. It has a slide open case or whatever you call it. Loads of people say that the packaging is cheap and tacky but to be honest I am in love.

The thing that I was amazed by was the pigmentation for a loose eyeshadow. I don't always use loose powders and products because it takes such effort. But on a night out I do like to make an effort and they always look really pretty on. They have more colours of luster dusters like Go Go Girl, Boom Boom, Cloud 9 and Jelly Roll but they're singles not sets. You can get the singles HERE! I am not sure if they sell all that shimmers anymore but you can try and get them somewhere.

Revlon Colourburst lip butters-Review!!!

Hey everyone, 
                      Well it's here! Finally I found these and just had to test out two. As I mentioned I was just wishing to have this product HERE!Creamsicle as it isn't out in the UK I am really sad and I will be going back for Cotton Candy. The only thing is only 14 out of the 20 shades came to the UK. I forget it was trouble finding these and had to go to Glasgow and go to boots.These Lip Butters have been the talk of the town from the bloggers so lets see if they're really all that!

The colours I purchased are Creme Brulee and Lollipop.

 ♥ Creme Brulee ♥

On my wish list I did mention that I wanted to try this colour out and of course I just had to! It's a nude natural colour which is really pretty. It is kind of yellow based but somehow I can pull this lip colour of. This is just a really everyday colour but you need to have the right sort of skin tone. This is not the most pigmented out of the collection but I do really like it. The Sunday Girl  did I review on this HERE! She didn't really like the shade but she says it might be because it looks better on paler/cooler I really enjoyed the review so maybe you guys should check it out as well. Overall it's a great nude I give it 9/10.

♥ Lollipop ♥

Wow! I love this colour it is very pigmented! It's pink with a strong blue undertone it's a really strong colour. This shade also has silver glitter so it's really sparkly. If you aren't a glitter fan (Not very many are) but this is a little to sparkly. It was 3 for 2 but I had to give my Strawberry Shortcake to my friend. Overall I am giving this 10/10!

                                                                               The packaging is really elegant and nice. This colour case matching the lipstick shade is really popular. It has Revlon's usual criss-cross design and the Revlon name at the bottom. At the top it shows you inside so you can see what colour the lipstick is.

The formula is just amazing!!! It leaves my lips soft and smooth unlike any lip butter they are pigmented. These are £7.99 but boots is having a 3 for 2 offer. Online these are currently out of stock but shall be coming back in soon! They're really popular so I would try and get them soon. You can get them HERE! I love these they are wondeful I give them a 10/10 and I am a bit addicted also I will be buying more.

March faves 2012!!!

                      So the month of March has ended sadly but time for April. I can't believe Easter is this Sunday. In my post latest post HERE! I told you guys about my dance exams. I forgot in my next post to mention if I had passed but I did! I got highly commended not bragging or anything but I am proud of myself.Anyways I have loads of favourites so lets get started!

♥ Clean&Clear Morning energy facial wash♥

This is great wake you up in the morning product. As you put it on it makes your face feel cold so it wakes your skin up. I use this every morning and sometimes when I have to go out at night. It also has refreshing beads in it and a lovely citrus scent.Also this is oil free and I have oily skin. As you can see in this photo I have used quite a lot of it.

♥ Batiste Sassy&daring wild dry shampoo ♥ 

I did I review on this you can read it HERE! sorry for the photo in this review my camera was not co-operating. Anyway I love this on my hair it leaves it looking soft and not oily as my hair is. It smells really good and leaves a clean scent on your hair. It leaves white residue but no fear just rub it in it will go away.

♥ Maybelline Dream touch blush shade berry ♥

If you guys didn't see the review I did on this check it out HERE! As you guys know the dream bouncy blush still isn't out yet! But I have been using this and it's so pretty I use it almost everyday because it gives you such a nice natural flush. I love the packaging in the little glass pots with a plastic lid. If you saw the review you will know I said it was easy to use and apply which is totally true.

♥ OPI Shorts-story nail polish♥

This is a girly flirty pink colour I have been wearing it just to show Spring is here. It's in the colour shorts story which is a really cute name. Some people hate OPI's because of the big brushes but I love them because I have wider nails. I love the formula it's nice and creamy and shines on your nails without having glitter.

♥ Collection 2000 Cream puff Lip Cream shade cotton candy ♥

I did I review on this HERE! I love this lip product it has become one of my favourites by far. It moisturises your lips while you wear it and it turns velvety smooth. I have it in the shade cotton candy which is a darker pink. None of these colours have sparkle in them they're all matte.

♥ Barry M lip gloss shade Valentine ♥

This was in one of my hauls but I am not going to link it because I didn't say much about it. Anyway on your lips at first it's glossy but then it feels like a lipstain or lipstick. It's a bright red colour which turns out bold and bright on the lips. To be honest I do prefer cream puff and this lipgloss to my Mac lipgloss. This is limited edition hint the name Valentine.

♥ No7 lipgloss shade Whisper ♥

I don't think I have mentioned this lipgloss before it's No7's new High Shine formula lipgloss. It is really sticky but I put up with it because the shade. It's in the shade whisper a lovely natural colour nude with some multi-coloured sparkles. I like to wear this colour everyday because it adds a light touch of colour to your makeup.

♥ Laura Mercier Hydrating Foundation Primer ♥

I love this primer it's so light weight and gives you a healthy glow. It is a perfect base and smooths out and evens skin. The hydrating formula leaves skin feeling nourished and replenished and is a must have for those wanting natural looking coverage. It's a sheer base and has no colour and leaves no colour.

♥ LUSH New shampoo bars ♥

I love the spicy scent of this shampoo bar. It's smells like cinnamon and has a cinnamon stick on top. It makes your hair feel very clean and leaves it looking shiny. Nettle and peppermint infusions give shine to the hair. This is a very strong scent but I love it and the reason for the cinnamon scent is it has cinnamon leaf in it. I want to try out this shampoo bar Jumping Juniper because this is for greasy hair which I do have.

♥ head&shoulders Citrus fresh shampoo and conditioner ♥

I've always meant to do a review on this! Head&shoulders have a new formula and

fragrance. I love the new citrus fresh scent it smells really nice and fresh. It's for dandruff

and greasiness and as you all know I have greasy hair. It leaves my hair looking clean and shiny. I have ran out of the shampoo and conditioner but I will be purchasing a new one.

                             ♥ Soap and Glory Pulp Friction body scrub ♥

I love this body scrub the smell is kinda what I love about. It contains  fig powder, pumice, peppermint oil, lemonade tree liquid, orange water juice and vitamin balls. It has a new fruitgo fragrance which contains frozen yuzu, orange oil, green fig, and jungle pomelo essence. It has little beds in it and has a yellowish liquid it sounds weird but gives then best treatment ever. It leaves your skin soft and smooth I love it so much I would recommend it.

                                       ♥ Calm one calm all bubble bath ♥

When I just have bad days or need a bath I always squirt some of this in. This has a with a built in body lotion and a moisture magnetising skin conditioner so you'll be really soft. The fragrance contains bubbled bergamot, strawberries and mandarin with floral and fruity mid notes, and musk, amber and warm vanilla.

Question time TAG!

Hey everyone,
                        What I noticed about my blog is that I haven't really mentioned myself that much. So I thought I should do a post to let you guys know me a bit better:

I will give myself a quick questionnaire:

1.What do you order in starbucks?- A latte with a cinnamon shot it's so yummy but I like lots of shot.
2. What's one thing in your closet that you cannot live without?- My pair denim shorts!!! They are just so lovely for spring/summer.
3. What's one thing that most people probably wouldn't know about you?- I have an odd fear of monkey bars (yes that stupid) because I broke my arm on  monkey bars once.
4.Name one thing that you want to do before you die?- Swim with a dolphin in Florida!
5.What's one food that you cannot live without?- Well I love loads of food I guess but I love meatballs so yeah or pizza.
6. What quote/phrase do you live your life by? Hmmm...I don't really live my life by any phrase but I always use finders keepers yes very mature I know!
7. Why did you start a blog?-Well I have loads to say and love makeup and fashion so I thought lets start a blog and plus it's fun.
8. What's your number one most listened to song on iTunes?-Starships by Nicki Minaj.
9. What kind of style would you define yourself as having?-Nothing really I am like normal cool style.

Revlon rules my lips !

Hey everyone,

                      I realised that I use Revlon lipstick all the time! They have really nice colours and lovely formula. I have tended to go for the nudes not sure why but I have. The first one is Rich Raisin Fros which is a kinda brown rose colour. It's a Revlon Super Lustrous Cream Lipstick. So it feels creamy and smooth on your lips. I wore this like everyday in winter cause I guess it looks warm. It's a long lasting shade and moistruses as the day goes on.

Revlon  Colourburst lipstick Raspberry- Raspberry is a sort of pinky red colour. I like the packiging for this it's beautiful and did you hear the lip butters are out. The lip butters are the same packiging with the criss-cross design. It has sweet almond oil so it moistruses all day long the same. This is a pigmented colour and shows up bold and bright on lips. The sweet almond oil also helps lip texture. I like this lipstick better cause at the top it shows the colour and is far more pigmented.

My wrists are wearing!

Hey everyone,
                        I haven't really done a fashion post yet so I will do one on my lovely brand new bracelets!
 
So the first one is a shamballa bracelet as I said in my blog post I loved these bracelets. I have a pair of pink shamballa earrings maybe I will do a post on them but I was longing for the bracelet. My mum being the mum she is bought me it for an early Easter gift. She got it from the local chemist (strange) but you can get these bracelets anywhere. It has lovely pink sparkly stones in it and there is a silver background round it. It has like a rope wire background or whatever that you just pull to tighten and pull out to get it off. This has seven coloured balls and four smaller silver balls. The other bracelet is from my friend Taylor it's soo pretty. I have been wearing it for ages it's just black with a nice black and white love heart. Her mums friend made this bracelet for all of Taylor's friends and Christmas and I have been wearing it since. It is just a stretchy bracelet which is easy to put on and off. I like the kind of glass sparkly stones on it!

Super scent Sunday- DKNY Sweet Delicious

Hey everyone,
                         Yesterday I had my dancing exams so I wasn't able to post. Today I am getting the results so I will tell you if I pass later!!!  I mentioned DKNY Sweet Delicious in my Easter wishlist but I didn't do a proper review so here's one:

The Sweet Delicious collection has three different scents in the collection. The scents are Tart Key Lime, Pink Macaroon and Creamy Meringue.




Tart Key Lime- The notes are orange zest, bergamot, and mandarin with vibrant neroli. If you don't love total sweet stuff this has a tart sour edge. This does smell fruity and sweet still though. The bottle is the signature DKNY bottle but it's all green. They are really cute bottles next time your out smell it.


Pink Macaroon- This is my favourite scent from the collection. This smells so girly it smells like the rose macaroon from lush because of the floral notes. The notes Nectarine, Kumquat,pomegranate, Rose Marzipan, Rich Woods, Tonka Bean and Amber. The bottle of this is the same DKNY signature bottle but I lovely rose pink.


Creamy Meringue- Turns out this is nothing to do with vanilla it's the opposite being fresh. The notes Lemon cream, Cedarwood, Passion Flower, Bergamont, White Amber and Musk. It's a nice wake you up scent which I like but not all the time. Again the bottle is just the signature but a creamy yellow. I would like it better if it was sweet vanilla and I don't get why it's called creamy meringue if it's fresh lemon.
