I know it's cheesy but drinking water does help your skin for these reasons-
- It helps ance go away.
- It also helps your body.
- It helps with the colour
- It also helps with the texture.
- Gives your skin a healthy glow.
It's not a miracle worker so don't expect over night changes. It does help though with a lot of things. Water is so natural and much better than any skincare product. It also helps with when your finished lunch/dinner and your still hungry have a couple glasses of water. You are supposed to take 8 glasses a day but I usually have bottles so that reduces my amount.
